How do I go about booking?
Once you have completed an enquiry (link to form) form we will send you our best possible quote, If you would like to go ahead and book we will email you our booking form and Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, when you have completed the booking form we ask for a non refundable deposit of 25% to secure you’re booking with remainder of payment due 1 week prior to the event date.
What do I need to provide?
All our toilets are self contained so there is no need for water or drainage. All we require is power from a 3 pin household plug that can be converted for use by a generator.
What do you provide in the toilets?
Our units come fully stocked with soft paper hand towels, toilet tissue, luxury hand soaps, luxury moisturiser and flowers. If you would like a courtesy basket this can be provided at an additional charge, or provided by yourselves.
Does the site need to be level?
Yes – or as level as possible. We understand that in some cases it won’t be totally flat and our staff are trained to deal with this, but if you are unsure – feel free to ask for a site visit before booking.
If I’m not sure about where to put the loos can you help?
Yes, we are more than happy to come to the venue for a “no fee” site visit to determine the best possible location for the loos.
If I’m having a second event will the toilets be ok?
We ask that all of our clients advise us of how many people will be using our units and over how many days – this means we can either provide you with a larger capacity unit or we can provide a re-commissioning and cleaning service after the 1st event and before the following events.
What side are the doors on?
Good question, as delivery depends on this – the doors are on the left hand side of the unit so when delivered by our 4×4’s they will either need to be driven straight in or backed into place.
How are the toilets delivered?
We use 4×4 vehicles that can get just about anywhere.
When will you deliver and collect the toilets?
We usually deliver 1 or 2 days prior to the event and collect 1 or 2 days after, but this can be discussed and set to your needs. If you need the unit before a marquee goes up – let us know and we will work around it.
Do I need to have them plugged in at all times?
Yes and No, The units have to be plugged in when in use, so we recommend that they are connected to the power supply in the morning of the event and unplugged at the end or next day.
How much power does it draw?
The units draw 3kw of power.
What if something goes wrong?
The units are delivered in full working order, but to make doubly sure – after they have been set up we make another check and will talk through any queries. We also provide a handy reference sheet and are available on 07581 742 937 for any queries while the unit is on site.
Can you provide a disabled unit?
Yes, we have a unit accessible by wheelchairs and prams with baby changing facilities.
How are your toilets “Green”?
Well they are Green in colour and Green in usage – We use re-circulating pumps which mean they do not need to be connected to a hose and use less water. We also use non-formaldehyde chemicals and dispose of the waste responsibly and all of our recyclable products are recycled where possible.
